Anaglyph (colored 3D glasses)
If you can make a compromise according colors quality of your presentation – anaglyph could be an solution.
Anagylh was one of the first historical methods used for 3D stereoscopic visualization. It is still popular – because it is easy to make an anaglyph visualization setup. From the special equipment you need only red/blue or red/green glasses. The left eye usually uses red glass. There could be different colors of the right glass – cyan, blue or green.
The visualized scene is mixed from left and right images, each displayed in different color. The colors glasses takes care about image separation.
The main trade of of this technology is complete lose of color information. Each eye sees completely different color interpretation of the scene. The brain can recontruct the color information form such data only very hard.
The advantage of this method is the possibility to use standard monitor or standard projector (as well as printed materials).

The color filters separate the images. The colors are strongly modified, but the image is still plastic.
Advantages:
Easy to setup. It is possible to use most standard devices – PC, projector, color printer.
Disadvantages:
Lose of color information. High cross talk of information’s between left and right image. Far from the quality of passive or active projection.
